Get in the Ring Unlimited in collaboration with Get in the Ring, the global seed-stage start-up competition is coming to Kathmandu on 15th April 2019. In line with its mission, to tackle challenges at scale by turning innovative solutions into impactful companies, Get in the Ring event is happening in 100+ countries this year to identify the best start-up and provide them with an opportunity to win up to 10 million Euros and connect with like- minded entrepreneurs, investors and corporates from around the world along with 130+ partners. In addition, the global winner gets 1 year of business development support. The first global winner of Get in the Ring made an exit and sold to Alibaba for $100m ln three years after competing.
Get in the Ring Unlimited requires the following criterion for startups to apply:
- Innovative business idea
- Scalable Business models
- Able to pitch in English
- Must be a Nepali citizen
The start-ups will compete to be in top 6 in the battle round at the National Finals and the winner will get invited to Global Meetup 2019 in Germany to pitch their idea. Also, they can be a part of the Get in the Ring community where the world’s most promising start-ups are invited together for a 3-day retreat and business networking opportunity.
Get in the Ring Unlimited is the platform connecting the BEST START-UP in the WORLD. The start-ups would be selected from application submitted at www.nepaliidea.com . The deadline is 15th March, 2019
