They create designs using their in-house algorithms and sell designs & products to designer businesses and individual customers. (Web Development + Programming Track)
1. Software Development
Requirements:
– Have conceptual knowledge of computer graphics and image processing.
– Experience of procedural design creation and web based game development is preferred.
– Previous work experience in Art and Design creation of any form is highly appreciated.
– Ability to work under tight time constraints.
– Possess communication skills to work under Product Development Team.
– Develop portions of desktop applications that deploys graphical elements creation algorithms.
– Develop web apps that deploys our interactive design creation algorithms.
– Develop and Maintain portions of online transactions.
– Develop software interface portions of our Desktop and Mobile CAD software.

(Algorithms Research + Programming Track)
2. Algorithms Research
Requirements:
– Have project based experience of working with general algorithms.
– Have project based experience of deploying graphics and image processing algorithms.
– Previous work experience in Art and Design creation of any form is highly appreciated.
– Experience of procedural design creation and web based game development is preferred.
– Strong analytical skills and effective communication ability.
– Develop communication skills to work with Visual Artists, Designers, Researchers and Product Development Team.
– Research in collaboration with RA and Team Supervisor on graphics and image processing algorithms.
– Research, Design and deploy generative and combinatorial algorithms for graphical elements creation.
– Research, Design and develop interactive methods that can provide inputs to our existing and new algorithms.

(Documentation + Research Track)
3. Research Assistance
Requirements:
– Have experience in engineering project proposal, reporting and documentation.
– Have conceptual knowledge of computer graphics and image processing.
– Have conceptual knowledge of procedural design creation and web based game development.
– Previous work experience in Art and Design creation of any form is highly appreciated.
– Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills to work with Visual Artists,
Designers, Researchers and Product Development Team.
– Perform Research activities on assigned topics, concepts and algorithms.
– Document and prepare standardized reports & papers on assigned algorithms, technical papers, work performances and software applications under analysis.
– Acquire knowledge, prepare documentation and effectively present about research topics, and product development requirements.

Hiring Process:

If you are willing to work on any of the above job tracks:
1. Send an email to [email protected] with the job track of your interest.
2. You will receive an email that will include questions from our 1st of 2-step hiring exercise.
3. Send CV and Completed Hiring Exercise.
4. You will be called for a short meeting with Eclipse Labs to understand about the company and map out our compatibility.
5. You will receive the 2nd Hiring exercise on the meeting or later through email.
6. Submit the 2nd exercise and demo online.
7. If they believe you are the right person for the job track, you will be called for the 3rd meeting to sign contracts including Terms and Conditions of both parties.
